RETURNS POLICY

Inaba Denko – Returns Policy 2025 

At Inaba Denko, we are committed to providing high-quality HVAC products and professional service. We understand that there may be occasions when a product needs to be returned. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted.

1. Return Eligibility
•     Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
•     Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
•     Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@inabadenko.co.uk with the following details:
•     Order number
•     Item(s) to be returned
•     Reason for return
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including a return authorisation reference if applicable.

3. Return Shipping Costs
•     Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
•     If the return is due to an incorrect item or a faulty product, Inaba Denko will cover the cost of return shipping.

4. Inspection and Refunds
•     Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
•     If the item meets the return criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
•     Refunds will not be issued for items that are used, damaged, or returned without original packaging.

5. Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:
•     Special orders or customised products
•     Items returned after the 14-day window
•     Products not in original condition or packaging

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty or not as ordered, please notify us immediately. Include photographs and a description of the issue to help expedite resolution.
